Overview

This page presents the policy on the expiration time of metric results stored in the central grid-monitoring service.

The central grid-monitoring service offers monitoring and availabilities information for all regions/sites monitored by SAM. This functionality is based on the metric results received from all these region/sites. Old metric results are deleted from the central grid-monitoring according to two different cases:

Metric Results Data

• The metric results data is deleted after 3 full month (e.g. today is 25th of August, so we need to keep data for May, June, and July).

Metric Results Status Change

• The metrics status changes retrieved from the metric results data is deleted after 12 months.
